Lorenzo was born in 1986 on the island of Elba, Tuscany. At eighteen he moved to Aquila to study cinema at the Accademia dell’Immagine, specialising in cinematography. He has worked as an assistant director for some of Italy’s most interesting young directors in recent years, including Fulvio Risuleo and Manfredi Lucibello. His short film Acquario was selected by more than seventy festivals worldwide, including Visioni Italiane, I Love GAI, Brussels Short Film Festival, and Brest European Short Film Festival. As a writer, he is currently developing Fabula, a television series that was selected for the Audio Drama Pitching Forum 2020, organised by the Mercato Internazionale Audiovisuale (MIA) in Rome.
