Lionceau Films set up in 2008 by Hélène Cases after 17 years in Why Not Productions where she worked on more than 30 movies and produced PEAU D’HOMME COEUR DE BETE by Helene Angel, Golden Leopard in Locarno 1999. Lionceau Films produced Alix Delaporte's debut ANGELE AND TONY (Pyramide Distribution, 2011) internationally awarded (Two time Cesar winner in 2012, International Critics Week at Venice Film Festival, Best Feature Film at Deauville American Film Festival 2010). It followed by features like Delaporte's second movie THE LAST HAMMER BLOW, (Pyramide Distribution, 2015) in competition for Venice Film Festival Official Selection 2014, or Hélène Angel's new feature, ELEMENTARY (StudioCanal Distribution, 2017) starring Sara Forestier, released in 2017 in France. In 2016, Lionceau Films began International co-production activity with THE JOURNEY by Mohamed Al Daradji (ACM found). Otherwise, Lionceau Films produced six short-films and made executive production of EL HOMBRE DE MIL CARACAS by Alberto Rodriguez.
