WOLF at FilmFestival Cottbus, Audience Design workshop provided by TorinoFilmLab at connecting cottbus

The 23rd FilmFestival Cottbus will take place on next 5-10 November, and we are happy to announce that TorinoFilmLab will be present there with a film as well as with a workshop… 

In fact Bogdan Mustata’s debut feature film WOLF, which had its World Premiere at the 19th Sarajevo Film Festival, will be screened in the Spectrum section dedicated to new productions beyond mainstream cinema. WOLF, produced by Strada Film (Romania) and Neue Road Movies (Germany), was developed at Script&Pitch 2009 and subsequently at FrameWork, winning a TFL Production Award at the TorinoFilmLab Meeting Event in 2010.

Besides, TorinoFilmLab will provide a workshop about Audience Design at the east-west co-production market connecting cottbus (7-8 November). The workshop, which will be led by Creative Director Lena Thiele, who is in charge of the Audience Design studies at TorinoFilmLab, will explore the different levels of audience engagement possibilities for East European arthouse films, with particular attention to the question: "Which steps can be taken to build, reach and activate audiences during the early development phase of a project?".
