Mariana has taken several roles in the entertainment industry. She produced the São Paulo International Film Festival for five years. Than, she was media manager, camera operator and an interstitial writer freelancer for HBO Latin America Group. However, she found herself in screenwriting. Her very first one was Earth to Luna!, a preschooler TV series broadcasted to more than 70 countries. Since then, she has written live-action TV drama, animation sitcoms and web series. One of her projects is New Bandits - an action drama TV series featured by O2 Filmes for Amazon Studios.
