Biography

Marie-Gabrielle Peaucelle is a producer and script consultant based in Paris, France. After graduating from Sciences Po Paris, she worked as an assistant producer for 7 years at Manchester Films where she collaborated with one of France's most recognized writer-directors, Albert Dupontel who won several César awards and whose films were great box office successes. In 2020, she started her own production company in Paris, Les Films de Juillet, in association with the Greek producer Kyveli Short. They are currently in post-production of Konstantina Kotzamani's last medium-length film, "What Mary didn't know" and in development of several short and feature films. In parallel, she's been working as a script consultant since 2019. Her credits include "Women Do Cry" by Mina Mileva and Vesela Kazakova (Cannes 2021 - Un Certain Regard), "Animal" by Sofia Exarchou (Locarno 2023 - Pardo for Best Performance / Thessaloniki 2023 - Golden Alexander), "Arcadia" by Yorgos Zois (Berlinale 2024 - Encounters) and "Titanic Ocean" by Konstantina Kotzamani (in pre-production). She is also a reader for the CNC - Aide aux Cinémas du Monde.
