His debut solo show, the musical comedy Lil Saffron: Ragu to Riches, received rave reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe 2022, and transferred to Soho Theatre in London’s West End. His second solo show, Michael Kunze: Infinity Mirror, premiered at Ed Fringe 2024, where it made the British Comedy Guide’s list of Top Reviewed Shows, identifying the best 70 shows out of nearly 1700. His work encompasses character comedy, sketch, clown, improvisation, musical comedy, and he finished his first short Frolf in 2024. He even tried stand-up once (it wasn’t for him). He loves talking about himself in the third person, even though in his heart he’s number one.
