Amy Dotson is the Deputy Director of IFP, the oldest not-for-profit membership and advocacy organization of independent filmmakers in the U.S. Her responsibilities include the oversight of all programming for the organization’s signature programs.
She is also an independent film producer- currently in post-production on internationally renowned director Matt Porterfield’s latest film, I USED TO BE DARKER, and previously on Brad Beesley’s documentary SWEETHEARTS OF THE PRISON RODEO which premiered on HBO and the BBC in 2009.
