Paolo Giangrasso was born in 1980 in Bra, in the north region of Piedmont, Italy.
In year 2000, just after the high school graduation, he attended the “Scuola per attori del Teatro Stabile di Torino” (Teatro Stabile di Torino stage school), directed by Mauro Avogadro.
After the stage school graduation he had the chance to work with some important directors both in theatre and Tv/Cinema such as Carlo Lizzani, Silvio Soldini, Lucio Pellegrini, Franco Branciaroli, Mauro Avogadro and Claudio Longhi just to name a few.
In 2011 togheter with Filippo Margiaria he founded “Aidìa Productions”, an independent movie production company, expanding his love for arts and acting through new directions.
The first feature film coproduced by “Aidìa” is called “The repairman”, by italian director Paolo Mitton and it's gonna have its world première at the 21st “Raindance Film Festival” in London. The movie is also nominated for “Best debut award”.
