Biography

Born and raised in Rome, she graduated in Literature and Mass Media Communication with highest honours in 2011. After a year in Spain, she attended the Screenplay Course at National Film School (Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia), from 2012 to 2014. During her studies at CSC she wrote stories and screenplays of three short movies produced by CSC Production. The last one, "Tutte le cose sono piene di lei" (Everything is Full of Her, 2014), won the French Critics Discovery Mention at Festival International des Ecoles de Cinéma in Poitiers (2016) and Best film award at Festivalul Cinemaiubit in Bucarest (2016). After her diploma, she worked as TV author ("Sconosciuti" - 2015) and dialogue writer for Fremantle Media ("Un posto al sole" - 2016). She wrote the story and screenplay of documentary "La Gente Resta", that won the Special Jury Award at 33° Torino Film Festival, 2015. Moreover, she's a playwright and from 2014 until 2016, she was an author an consultant for Rai Fiction. In 2017 she wrote several episodes for an italian sitcom ("Camera Cafè") and she's working on a TV series produced by 3zero2 and Disney Channel UK. She's also working as junior editor for Rai Fiction and she's on a new documentary "Il Mondo è troppo per me "(The World is Too Much for Me) produced by Jump Cut. HONOURS AND AWARDS - “Italian Women Award” in the Concorso Lingua Madre, at Salone del Libro di Torino, with the short novel Vodka. - Finalist in the EuCollectivePlays project (2016) - “Borsa Sbarigia” in the 31th edition of the Premio Solinas (2017) with the dramedy "Can I have five minutes to cry?", written with Costanza Durante
