Currently based between Brussels and Beirut, Ely Dagher was born and raised in Lebanon. He Graduated with an MA in New media and contemporary Art Studies from Goldsmiths College in London and has been working on various projects and different mediums in the arts world. Ely’s latest short film "Waves ‘98" was awarded the short film Palme D’Or at the 68th Cannes Film Festival.
