SeriesLab Story Editing is a hands-on training programme for professionals who want to work with writers, writer-directors and producers in the development of their TV series projects.
The programme is addressed to people who are interested in deepening their knowledge of how to nurture a TV series from idea to a marketable sales package; learning about the story and script development process of fiction TV series projects - originals and adaptations; limited and ongoing formats; series and serials - and gaining experience of working with peer-to-peer group development.
The purpose of the training course is to provide an insight into the process of creating a fiction TV series project – focusing on the early scriptwriting stage.
SeriesLab Story Editing takes place over a period of approx. 6 months, from June to November 2024, and foresees three 5-day long residential workshops (June, September, and November). It ends up with a final industry pitching presentation during the TFL Meeting Event in Turin.
