Marianne Lentz is a scriptwriter based in Copenhagen where she is part of the independent film collective Super16. In 2018, she wrote the script for the short film "A Worthy Man" that was awarded the prize for best European Short Film at Leuven International Short Film Festival as well as the Vimeo Staff Pick Award at Odense International Film Festival. Marianne holds an MA in film and media studies from University of Copenhagen and Humboldt University in Berlin and has previously written and produced long-form narrative journalism for print and radio. She is the author of the nonfiction book "Livet efter 11. september" (Life after September 11th), in which she interweaves personal accounts with factual details about the 9/11 terrorist attacks, thus reflecting on the nature of terrorism and its effect on societies.
