Biography

His career began at the age of 8 as an actor, and at 14, he went on tour with the opera La Bohème. However, his true interest lies in working behind the camera. Later he joined the production team of Cirque du Soleil, where he worked on various shows such as "Alegría," "Quidam," and "Corteo" for 7 years while filming "Grazing the Sky," a documentary that has been screened internationally. In 2021, he premiered "Finlandia," his debut fiction film, which earned him the Best Director award at the Seattle International Film Festival. His projects draw inspiration from the literary and pictorial movement of magical realism, where nature, the cultures of different countries, and the unusual play significant roles. He seeks to create characters that, besides entertaining, can provide something to the audience, whether it be a lesson or a value. He emphasizes narrative through aesthetics
