Biography

Panamanian-chilean producer and cinematographer based in Panama City, he began filming documentaries and experimental videos in Panama at the age of 14. Now 35, he pursued studies in Cinematography at the Universidad del Cine in Buenos Aires and furthered his education in Berlin through DFFB's Next Wave program, specializing in Distribution, Exhibition, and Film Markets. With over fifteen years of experience working with analog photographic formats, he has developed expertise and a deep interest in the preservation and digitization of archival footage. He served as the Production Manager for Claire Denis's award-winning film "Stars at Noon," which won the Grand Prix at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival. His diverse production portfolio includes the cardboard animation "La Cucarachita Mandi" and the biographical documentary "El Brujo" about Zachrisson. He is currently producing “Corte Culebra,” the debut fiction feature film by Ana Elena Tejera, as well as "Toro Volandero," the first Panamanian animated feature film, slated for release in 2026.
