Facundo Lema is an Argentinian image and sound designer, film producer, and cultural manager working across international festivals, markets, and talent development platforms.
Since 2019, he has been part of the International Film Festival Rotterdam, where he is currently IFFR Pro Talent Manager and a member of the CineMart selection committee, supporting emerging filmmakers, producers and fostering cross-border collaborations.
Co-founder and Artistic Director of The Short Film Lab, he works to strengthen the visibility and circulation of Latin American short films.
As producer and partner at Imprudencia, his credits include Monster God (Official Competition, Cannes 2019, Jury Mention) and Agustina San Martín’s upcoming Manhood.
He has over a decade of experience in film festivals and industry labs such as BAFICI, BAL - Buenos Aires Lab, Festival Internacional de cine de Mar del Plata, Dubai International Film Festival, and the European Film Festival in Buenos Aires.
Facundo is also an alumnus of EAVE Puentes, the Locarno Industry Academy and other training programmes focusing on project development and script consultancy.
