Born in Voghera, Italy, in 1993, Sofia graduated in DAMS (Drama, Art and Music Studies) at Turin University in 2016, then she moved to Winchester (UK) when she attended a couple of workshops at the London Film School and Robert McKee’s “Story” Seminar at Regent’s University (London). She also contributed to the organisation of Winchester Short Film Festival. In 2017 Sofia lived in Rome for a year where she worked at a location agency (RomaLocations) as a Location Manager and Location Scout for films, commercials and events. In 2018 she moved to Turin where she started collaborating with Film Commission Torino Piemonte in the Production Office and as a Location Manager. Since 2019 she has worked in film sets in Turin as a Production Coordinator and Production Secretary and was involved by Film Commission Torino Piemonte in the organisation of Torino Film Industry. Sofia joined TorinoFilmLab in 2020 as Project Manager for ScriptLab.
