JULIAN GERCHOW graduated his communication design studies in Wiesbaden in 2021. The same year he co-founded the production company Plotlessfilm in Wiesbaden (now Frankfurt). As a director, he is currently working on the screenplay for his debut film „Der Trickbetrüger“ (WT), for which he shot the proof of concept short film „Klopf, Klopf“, which was completed in November 2023. As a producer, he is preparing international and national productions and co-productions of plotlessfilm, including the Ukrainian debut film „HardSub“ by Novruz Hikmet, as well as the in-house debut film „Where We Are Going“ by Dascha Petuchow.
