After completing her International BA in Cinema and Photography at the University of Leeds (UK) and a master’s degree in Advertising Communication from Universidad Carlos III in Madrid (ES), Ana gained experience at Movistar+ and the Luxembourg City Film Festival, working across programming and cultural event management. In 2020, she joined EAVE as Project Manager for the PUENTES and EAVE Marketing Workshop programmes, promoting exchange and collaboration among international film professionals. She also served on the Organisation's DEI Taskforce, where she developed its Code of Conduct and implemented safeguarding and mediation measures. She now freelances, nurturing creative and strategic collaboration across film projects,
companies, and communities. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to fostering exchange and a more inclusive industry.
