Biography

Born in Germany in 1979. Moved to London to study Fine Art at Central St. Martins, then Fiction Directing at the National Film and Television School. His slide shows and animations were included in exhibitions in Norway, Switzerland, Germany and the UK, including the Bloomberg New Contemporaries. His films include a youthful plasticine animation folly (Wandrelief Nr. 27, 1998), a romantic re-working of a Franz Kafka story (Children on a Country Road, 2004), a re-enacted diary essay about arriving in a big city (LONDON, 2006) and the absurdist musical comedy feature Build a Ship, Sail to Sadness, 2007, which received a theatrical release at the Anthology Film Archives in New York.
