His debut film El Vuelco del Cangrejo (Crab Trap) got the Fipresci Prize at the Berlin Film Festival 2010 (Forum), world premiered at Toronto Film Festival (2009) and was invited to more than 60 festivals around the world. Main Producer of the long feature La Sirga (The Towrope) by William Vega (currently in postproduction). Los Hongos, his second feature film project as writer and director, was part of La Residence Cinefondation, Cannes Film Festival 2011.
