Biography

From Puatarará Films, he has co-produced the documentary-film Chicas Nuevas 24 Horas (Spain, 2015) about global human trafficking (Festival de Málaga; nominated Best Documentary, Goya Awards 2016). He has also co-produced the feature film Guaraní (Argentina, 2015), official entry Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival 2015 and winner of Best Foreign Film (Festival do Gramado, Brasil, 2016). From La Babosa Cine, he produced The Heiresses, from Marcelo Martinessi (Berlinale Competition 2018, double Silver Bear and Fispresci winner). He was also the executive producer and director of production. In 2015 he participated in Framework, Torino Film Lab (2015) where The Heiresses won a Production Award. In 2017 he participated in Interdoc Documentary Masterclasses (Serbia). Sebastian is currently developing and producing if first creative documentary as a director (The Last). As part of the development stage, the project has been selected to participate in TFL Extended Documentary 2019 and in the Walden Residency for documentary writing, headed by Catalan producer and film academic Marta Andreu.
