Born in Egypt and brought up in Zimbabwe, Michael went on to study cinema in France.
He has produced and directed internationally released feature films such as: "The Grass Is Singing", "Jit", "Vent De Colere" and "Triomf" (Best film in Durban FF 2010). He joined GH Films in 2007, today called Creative Camera Productions, to develop independent films with experienced filmmakers from Southern countries. In 2012, he produced "Lorca", Caroline Chomienne’s third feature.
With the support of the French National Center of Cinema and Media program funds he is currently developing "Nadine Mouque", a feature film that he will direct, and "The Green Shoes", Caroline Chomienne’s fourth movie.
