Kirsten was the lead dramaturge and creative producer for 600+ episodes of the weekly drama Lindenstrasse, before she became a writer for primetime TV and streaming series in 2020. Her credits include shows such as Unsere wunderbaren Jahre (ARD), Doktor Ballouz (ZDF), Habibi Baba Boom (Disney+) and Feelings (ZDF / funk). Most recently she co-wrote the upcoming reboot of the iconic young adult series Club der roten Bänder for RTL+ / Vox.
Kirsten also works as an international script consultant (Souls / Sky Germany, Best Screenplay at Canneseries 2022; Easy Love / world premiere at Berlinale 2019) and audience designer (Pooja, Sir / world premiere at Venice Film Festival 2024). She strongly believes that outstanding films and series are based on great writing and on knowing their audience by heart.
