Fabrizio Muscia

Italy

Biography

A true citizen of the world raised between the sun-drenched streets of Italy, the rolling hills of Ireland and the hustle and bustle of the United States, where he honed his storytelling skills at the American Film Institute Conservatory (AFI). With a string of awards and accolades from the international festival circuit under his belt, Fabrizio’s proudest moment is still having Solitary, one of his short films - a thought-provoking look at a man in solitary confinement, screened at the White House under Obama’s presidency. As he was mentored by industry heavyweights like the Jacquemettons at Series Mania 2019, Ben Harris and Gábor Krigler at Midpoint 2020, and Tony Grisoni at Torino Film Lab 2022, Fabrizio has developed his original series - stories that explore underdog characters finding their identity and footing in the world - with some of the leading production companies in the TV industry. Recently, Torino Film Lab selected him as one of five rising European writers to develop a dramedy series that will have audiences laughing, crying and everything in between.
