Ioana Uricaru is a Romanian filmmaker and teacher. In 2008 she co-directed the Romanian omnibus feature Tales From the Golden Age (Festival de Cannes - Official Selection, 2009), and in 2009-2010 she was one of the residents at the Cannes Cinefondation Residence in Paris. In 2011 her short Stopover premiered at the Sundance Film Festival.
Ioana is currently in preproduction with the feature Lemonade, developed at the Sundance Screenwriting and Directing labs.
